Hello every body My role as community champion thought let any one know 

Those who are struggling to day. Have any problems need a listening ear.  A shoulder.

Have some difficulties please contact me.

As I am here most of the time. 

Offer compassion, empathy and sensitivity.

There are times we need to talk, feel lonely.

Alcohol can play a part, always a problem.  Any addiction can this time of year not just alcohol. Drugs, especially.  Access to support, information, need to talk as well or anything like this.

Happy to be helping, advising.

The SCOPE team are not available so please tag my user name.

Any thing.

Season holiday another day but do have things in place to cope, strategies', comfort box my CD's bible and be OK.

My concern care is for those have some issues can offer a lot of comfort.

Any emergencies have a range of organisations, helplines to use.

Always take care and please get in touch .

    Hello @Adrian_Scope   Thank you just thought thinking those does happen.

    Recall last year, had a few incidents and problems.

    Understand am here and know does help any way.

    Got my amazing friend  @Ami2301 as well , the both of us be a lot of support for those in a crisis.

    Thanks for support to me and the community champions forget to add.

    Hello @wilko      How are you thanks for kind warm words.

    I know a pain for me Xmas but happy to help any one..

    This the time of year or problems with addiction can not get hold of any one. Fears of relapses, does happen.

    Been there and am happy to advise.

    Emotional difficulties constant triggers, reminder families and so on never an easy time.

    I hope can be a support.
