I have a couple so far, will have more, but:
1 to get back into work, and probably self employment
2 go vegetarian -
To return too my work
-
I would like to
- Eat less snacks
- Drink less alcohol
- Lose some weight
- Do some home study
Sadly I am typing this while munching on pretzels with a glass of Jack Daniels and coke
Just find it hard not to enjoy snacks / a drink at the end of the day as each day is quite a struggle and it’s nice to have a reward at the end of the day. Maybe need to think of something else to have instead. -
mine is to work harder at setting up my own business. I started up my own business last year but I need to really concentrate of building it up properly.

I always end up breaking them, so to save me from the guilt my new year resolution this year is not to have any.
As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change! -
This is my only goal so far.
Maintain a level of fitness post baby. I have bought a postpartum exercise DVD and plan to do workouts at home and in a local gym as well. Additionally I will go for walks with baby during the summer and find a dance class too. -
I'm very much the same @Geoark!
I'd like to say my goal is to finish and start publishing this draft of my book, but it's been my goal for the last few years. I probably will finish it, then doubt myself and re-write it againCommunity Manager

Start the year clean slate, take small steps and be kinder to myself ( We all tend to be very harsh on ourselves ). Change in habits, have 4 small meals instead of one..
Hopefully this will be a better year ..
Merry Christmas to All ?

Go vegetarian
Tell people to go away more ( using far more colourful language)
Finally, defeat nicotine

I'd like to push myself out of my comfort zone in 2020 (hopefully not fall out of bed!) I have a few ideas of what I would like to do, it's just actually doing it!Disability Gamechanger - 2019

I've got a couple more now.
Applying for PIP for support because of the way my ASD affects me.
Moving house. Going to the Preston area where I have some second cousins. I'm totally isolated here. Kirkham is an area I'm looking at. Gotta sell this first, aiming for on the market this spring. -
To be calmer and to embrace my disability instead of kicking against it like I have for years.
Life is going to be better.
Love and peace to all.xx
