Hi, I'm here as a mother of two aged 27 and 21 that both suffer with anxiety and depression. Looking for ways for them to meet people and make new friends who understand. Any ideas welcome.

Hi @TracyMum - Welcome to the community & thank you for joining us all. My friend thespiceman has given you some great resources to try as he has a great understanding of such problems. I do hope his information helps your sons.

Thank you both. My son is already going to see a Mind counsellor and my daughter has had an assessment with them too. They are good for the mind problems, helping them claim benefits and trying to get back into work, but they both really need support from friends that they don't have. So looking for support communities where they can maybe meet like minded people.

In no particular order -Social prescribing, which your GP should know about: https://www.blurtitout.org/2019/10/03/social-prescribing/Disability directory of information.
