See: https://www.autism.org.uk/I found this charity recently called Young Minds: https://youngminds.org.uk/There is also information for parents on Mind, & links to other sites. See: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/information-for-children-and-young-people-a-z/information-for-parents/useful-contacts/I hope this helps, & others may join in with other resources.

This may be more for your children then for you, but check out the booster buddy app - it was designed in Australia for young people who need some mental health support. It is based around an animal character that you check in with every day. It asks how you are doing and then sets you ‘quests’ depending on your answers, if you are having a bad day it might be some basic self care like having a drink or brushing your teeth. For a better day it could be reading a chapter of a favourite book or drawing something to show something good about the day. There is also a library of ideas to help with different aspects of mental health eg breathing exercises, tips for getting a good night sleep, etc. I love it and I’m 32 ?
