    HI,

It will depend what ESA you are both claiming. Is it Income related, Contributions based or New style ESA? If you're not sure then you will both need to ring DWP to ask.  Do either of you have any dependent children?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

What about the other question, is it contributions based or income related that you're both claiming? If you don't know then you'll both need to ring DWP to ask.

Hi @misstracey. Did you manage to find out if you were on income-related ESA?
