Hi everyone, is here perhaps somebody who knows law very well and could advise me personally via message on procedures regarding will and probate when relative from family passed away? I have 3 questions to ask  to make sure I understand everything correctly.  Please let me know and I will send my questions directly. Thanks Iza

    Hi,

Personally, i think you'll be much better off speaking to an advice centre near you, for expert advice regarding this.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hello iza
Probate can take some time you need to check that you have all the paper work As you will need this you may get any payment back that you made for your probate .
Good luck it can take up to 3months .

@littlechef, thank you but I am not the souls executrix, someone else is. So I would need to find out what to do once the person gets rights to probate and all steps I should take after that. How does it all look from law point of view?
