I am looking for info re high risk category for self isolation i have. Vascular disease, osteoarthritis, i get breathless ,amputee and mental health issues.

I know it might not be the best source but this from The Mirror gives the full list of those who must self isolate. They are all going to be contacted individually as far as i am aware.

You need to contact your GP and speak to them.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
