Scope -
I got paid today, quite a big payout. So like I said stand your ground, it took 6 months and they weren’t telling the truth saying I couldn’t appeal! Don’t always believe what they say! I’ve had them bully me badly but won every time (4 times now).

Did you do what i advised you to do in your other thread and send your housing benefits award to DWP, which clearly states you each pay 50% share of the rent?

Not as yet,CAB are ringing me on tuesday next week and I haven't had a decision from dwp until next week. I will take your advice though when I get my decision. Thank you ,your very helpful.

Morning guys, I'm still battling with dwp regarding sdp. Cab are hopefully gonna take this case on monday to move forward with this.
