Welcoming Sleep Right to the online community
Today we welcome our friends at Sleep Right to the online community.
Sleep Right is Scope's brilliant free support service that aims to help parents and carers of disabled children improve their child's sleep. While their behavioural programme usually takes place over six weeks, Sleep Right have moved their in-person group sessions online and by phone in line with Government guidance on coronavirus.
In the meantime, even though they can't meet you face-to-face, Sleep Right's practitioners have kindly joined the community to offer guidance around your child's sleep.
Perhaps your child can't fall asleep, wakes frequently during the night, or wakes up ready for the day in the very early hours. Whatever the issue with your child's sleep, Sleep Right's practitioners will do their best to answer your questions and recommend ways you can support your child.
You could also self-refer to Sleep Right for some more intensive sleep support over the phone, or depending on where you are, wait and refer for face to face support when normal service resumes.
Keep an eye out for @Kerry_Scope, @Justine_Scope and @Jolene_Scope and please give them a warm welcome when you see them!
Please note: Our Sleep Right practitioners provide a behavioural support service and will not offer advice on medical issues or medication.Scope
