I have been having lots of joint pain swelling in my wrists joint pain and stiffness in every joint of my body I now have a frozen shoulder from when the chronovirus started still having problems getting dressed and undressed as cannot lift arm up to do the above.
I am also having problems as when I walk I loose my balance my r leg feels like its not their and lots of times nearly fallen over through this i mentioned it at hosp when I went for my eye screening the other day she did say they would look into it at my next appointment in 6 weeks as I cannot go to doctors yet.
Yesterday I missed lifting my foot to step on laminate floor a went flying same again last night.
Hosp think its my eyesight as I am partially sighted but I do everything at home as husband only does so much and son does nothing which isn't fair.
I nearly fell over on the 21st on back patio two its like I've no feeling in my feet and when i nearly fell like I had taken a big stride and nearly fell.
What could it be i do get vertigo too.

Hi @Sparklebrightisright and I'm sorry to hear of what's been happening. As Steve has already said, we are unable to give medical advice. However, I would suggest making your GP aware if not done so already) so they can refer you to a specialist who can look into it. Keep us updated :)

Hi @Sparklebrightisright - I'm sorry to read about the problems you're facing, & hope you may ring your GP for some advice. I hope I may be able to help one aspect of your problems, however, & that's your frozen shoulder. I understand how painful this can be as I've treated many patients with this as a physio student, & have had 2 episodes of a partially frozen shoulder myself.
There's a simple exercise I've used if you'd like to try. A frozen shoulder does just take time, but this is a gentle way of mobilising your shoulder. I'd normally say if your right shoulder is affected, stand, then put your left foot slightly forward, & put your left hand just above your knee whilst bending forward. In your case you could hold your kitchen worktop instead, still putting the foot of your unaffected side a little in front of the other which increases your stability. Lean forward & just let the arm of the affected side hang. Then gently move your arm backwards & forwards several times. Gravity helps make this movement so much easier. When you get the hang of this, also try making a circle with your hand; just small circles. Repeat several times a day increasing the size of the circles you make, but never pushing so that it causes any pain, as this is counterproductive. Just let gravity help you keep moving your shoulder. Hope this helps. :)

    Hi Chirieds,
Thankyou I will try this tommorow i already have info and exercises from physio at hosp but thanks for extra input i can move my arm better now but it hurts if I lay on my front i have to dangle my arm out of bed and its still hurts where my shoulder joint is and the back of my shoulder blade 2 find it very difficult getting changed as have to use my r arm to do most of the work when I had it in my r shoulder i ended up having an op so hope I dont have to with the left frozen shoulder.
I am contacting my gp tommorow see what he says aswell.
    Thankyou once again.

Hi @Sparklebrightisright -  as I've mentioned, a frozen shoulder takes time to improve. Sadly this can be up to 2 years. Just be careful with any exercise that it doesn't cause pain, as this doesn't help at all. You shouldn't 'push' through with any movements that cause pain. That's why I mentioned trying exercising using simple gravity. I got over my partially frozen shoulder quicker with this, & also used heat packs on the outer side of my arm just below the shoulder the last time. You need to keep moving your arm, but in a safe way.
I know the sort of exercises you've likely been given, but I found better success with my patients, as well as myself, in just trying the exercises I've mentioned. My Mum also benefited from this when she had a very painful frozen shoulder.....but it still takes time to resolve.
