Can I join in?  I don't have children but 3 demanding cats!!

I'm a big fan of getting outside and going for a quick walk with a friend or my sister.  This gives me the opportunity to splurge whatever is in my head and also get some fresh air.

Pinterest is my go to… my son has adhd and often won’t leave me alone even for a moment. So in those precious minutes when they do happen Pinterest reminds me that a) I still exist b) I like things outside of parenting c) I can be in my own little bubble for a few minutes & just melt away…

All my children are grown up now, but I do look after grandchildren, I'm quite competitive, so I am trying not to let the person trying very hard to catch me up on candy crush. (I'm miles ahead  :D) so in order to get 10 minutes in, I put on the child's favourite programme with snacks, then make a coffee and crush away.
