Hello!
Do spasms get more frequent the older you get? Am 77 and have CP on the left side only and have noticed that they are happening more often

Hi @norahmay
I'm sorry to read that your spasms have become more frequent. This can happen as we age. Are the spasms more frequent after you do a certain task?Scope

Hi @norahmay
Do they always happen at night or just when you've had a particularly busy day and possibly overdone it a bit?Scope

Hi RichardI'm very lucky as the CP is very mild and only on the left side. I've never had them during the day unless something makes me jump then the left side does go into a spasm. Only reaction l get from having a busy day is just feel very tired.
