@66Mustang Guess what I listen to at 10.30 every weekday. Popmaster I like Ken, Steve Wright, Sara Cox and Rylan. I also like Paul Gambaccini's Pick of the Pops!
I don't mind a good debate mind. James O'Brien on LBC is good for that but if it's not your cuppa tea I'd advise against it!Online Community Co-ordinator

@Cher_Scope yes Popmaster is great I love listening to it even though I’m rubbish at getting the answers

The Streets are a blast from the past @WestHam06! Original Pirate Material was a staple of mine growing up. What's your favourite song? They have so many classics!
-
Absolutely agree @Tori_Scope, they do have so many classics. My favourite album is 'A grand don't come for free', so clever to be able to tell a story through an album. My favourite song is 'Dry your eyes mate'. Please may I ask have you read the book, 'The story of The Streets', by Mike Skinner? Thank you.

I am currently listening to U2 With or Without you. Thank you
-
That one often makes me well up @WestHam06! They are definitely great storytellers. I haven't read the book, is it good?
-
It is a beautiful song. The book is fantastic, I would highly recommend it. I learnt a lot from it and I now listen to the songs in a slightly different way, they are brilliant. Thank you

The last song I heard on the Radio was "In the Army now" by Status Quo, a late 70's classic! And last night we had the Alexa on at tea time, I played "Green Door" by Shakin' Stevens and "You can't stop the girl" by Bebhe Rexa, Mum likes Josh Groban, and Dad likes Alan Jackson and the Eagles, although I've banned him from playing that Alan Jackson one about 9/11, "Where were you when the World stopped turning?" it's a good song but it's more depressing than an Eastenders Omnibus.
