Hi @Cher_Scope, unfortunately Asda don't deliver to my area. This doesn't make sense, I live within a London postcode not in outer Mongolia!
How can I make Asda reconsider? -

@Oxonlady I sent a request to customer service when I moved house they didnt deliver to mu postcode as it was a new estate but a few months later it was added
I used to work for Sainsburys and helped set up online shopping when it launched, they have a certain capacity for deliveries due to staffing but as the business increases they add more postcodes and bear in mind requests from the customer base -
So, even if a person's postcode isn't within range of their service, it's always worth letting them know and requesting that postcode @janer1967? That's good.
