Hi, my daughter is 2 and has a chromosome deletion of 22q13.1
She is profoundly deaf and was implanted 9 mths ago with a cochlear implant
Her sleep is not good
She is currently taking 10mls of melatonin before bed which gets her to sleep but doesnt keep her asleep
She was almost every night and will be awake for up to 4-5 hrs and she is as bright as a button!!
She has a very good bedtime routine which i stick to every night
Im not sure what else i can do to stop her wakening at night....
Can u advise please? -
Hi @Meadhbh
Could you tell me how your daughter falls to sleep, are you with her? are the lights on/off? doors open/closed?
Thanks
