Every year one in four of us will be affected by a mental health problem. We know how hard it can be to talk about mental health, so we've invited Kat, an information officer at Mind, to join us on the community this week and answer your questions. She'll be here all week so please feel free to ask her about any problems you may be experiencing - no matter how big or small: https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/27452/ask-about-mental-health
