hi i have problem im the parent off disabled baby (15months) her diagnose is 4 limb palsy i applied for DLA but i did not get it i have to appeal to tribunal but my english is not that good to write this can someone help me ???

Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry to hear that your claim for DLA has been turned down. It sounds as though you need some help to get this sorted. Please could you tell me the first part of your postcode and I will carry out a search for services that can help you with the appeal. Have you already asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration of the decision? This is the first stage before a formal appeal.
