Hi there I have M.E. That wonderful "Invisible" illness that at times becomes all to visible when i have a bad flare

Hi Ruthy_Ra I'm Zec, welcome to the Scope community.
I also have ME/CFS I fell ill in 1996 and I'm very bad at pacing.
I struggled for years with the whole invisible illness business, so many people don't understandable when you say you are fatigued, its not a fatigue like just being tired.
