Hi, my name is romaway!

I am a mother, wife and carer of 3 family members with long term disabilities. I am beginning
to suffer a good deal of body nerve pain, which is in head, neck, arms, hands hips knees and feet possibly arthritis although diagnosed fibromyagia and insufficient thyroid disorder.I want to learn how to use my body the best way and hopefully suffer less pain and less tiredness and still achieve
to care for my family.
