If you are ok with posting your address on here then people who can help can contact you directly. Or, have you seen sites like Survey Monkey where you can put the questions online?

Hi, Thanks for your email. I was going to create my survey on survey monkey but unfortunately I was only able to have eight questions all together. My email address is : ss15lj@leeds.ac.uk. I will put my email address on my advert.
Many thanks for your help
