Gathering data for my dissertation

Dear Parents,

As part of my dissertation research that I am undertaken for my masters degree in sociology at Leeds university am gathering data on the relationship between poverty in families where there is a child who has a disability. I would be grateful for any volunteers to complete my questionnaire.
