Debbie, I can't quite remember, she filled the form in for me and sent it off, I'm going to see her this morning. thankyou.

Debbie, I went to the benefits advice place, she tried to get a home assessment but they said only if 100 percent housebound, then she asked for an appointment more locally and will even pick me up and go with me to it and help with the assessment itself.

OK so a home visit wasn't achieved but being able to be seen at a more local centre is helpful and now you have added support on the day.
