Debbie, I went to the benefits advice place, she tried to get a home assessment but they said only if 100 percent housebound, then she asked for an appointment more locally and will even pick me up and go with me to it and help with the assessment itself.

    Hello @pip,

I'm really pleased to hear this. What a helpful benefits adviser you have.
OK so a home visit wasn't achieved but being able to be seen at a more local centre is helpful and now you have added support on the day.

I hope it all goes well.

    Best wishes
