is there any entitlement for car tax on advanced p.i.p we've appealed to get mobility p.i.p claim but are needed to tax car i get around in

hi gratchk,
To get exemption from vehicle tax you need to get the enhanced rate of the mobility component of PIP. So if you're not currently getting that, you've done the right thing by appealing.
Even if you don't get the enhanced rate, you can get a 50% discount of the vehicle tax if you get the standard rate of the mobility component.
In both cases it will be important that the vehicle is used only by you, or for your needs if someone else is driving it.
