Hi, I was wondering if anyone could suggest any useful ideas. I was born with CP that affects my right side only and am pregnant, baby due Feb 2017. Can anyone recommend a place where I can get useful gadgets that can help with a new born baby to include carrying the child. Many thabks

Congratulations!! I don't know how your condition affects you, but are you thinking of something like a sling? There are quite a few forums and local advisors who can visit you and show you various ones and assess which would work - we didn't manage it because of my daughter's needs unfortunately.https://www.nct.org.uk/parenting/babywearing-and-how-choose-sling
The 'baby wearing community' thing can be a bit much, but it does sound a very good idea
