Applied for PIP for brain injury

Its my husband who has the disability, (Brain injury 1995) We are waiting to hear from PIP after applying as DLA is ending .Its been 3 weeks and not heard anything yet so on tender hooks as it seems so many are being turned down . Don't know if we should phone to see whats happening or just wait.. any advice please

Hi @lisers welcome to the community. There is lots of information about PIP here. It can take a few weeks for them to come back to you when you may get invited for a medical assessment before they make a decision on if you will receive PIP.Scope
