    Taking the first step in asking for help can be difficult. Just put in what you need to know, if more information is needed to help you people can ask, but never write more than you are comfortable to have online about yourself. The people here are friendly and non judgemental. The staff are brilliant at keeping the community friendly.

    As an individual I stood alone.
    As a member of a group I did things.
    As part of a community I helped to create change!
