after recently getting exactley the same letter back re my pip mandatory request I am now in the process of appealing but do not know where to start , my condition is copd which is debilitating to say the least , I have however just been told I also have a problem with my heart , who and where should I contact to get some good sound advise on carrying out an appeal and where do I get the forms from to appeal

You'll need the SSCS1 form
