It has always been my dream to be a chef but the disability i was born with has made this dream harder for me to achieve. I've been thinking hard about how I could get closer to achieving my dream and the idea I've come up with is to write a cookbook aimed primarily at others with disabilities. Here's a video I made with a few more details about what i'm planning to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2M8vZkRPVnw
I'd be interested to know if any of you think this is a good idea?

You may find this inspiring - a guest post from Ronnie Murray, who is group head chef at Mark Hix’s London restaurants and has a shortened left arm.
Good luck with the book!
