Yeah I have finally received statement of reasons through. Now all there is to do is wait for dwp to decide what they are doing and if they find an error in law . As I haven.t got a clue what's what . X

It is becoming common practice for DWP to request SOR. In most cases that is as far as it goes, shouldn't be anything to worry about

    Do keep us posted, @rosie55!

As @CockneyRebel says, it shouldn't be anything to worry about. If you'd like some more information about what it means when the DWP asks for a Statement of Reasons, then our benefits advisors listed a step-by-step explanation of the process on a recent post which you may find useful.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, then please do get in touch.

It's very rare for DWP to take it to UTT so i wouldn't worry. They're often slow with the payment process after a successful Tribunal.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
