I have now prepared a letter to send to Capita. It is four pages long and goes into detail about the Assessment and the Assessor. I was going to the Post Office today with it as I want proof of posting but I do not feel too good and it is wet and foggy where I am so have changed my mind. I have to go out tomorrow so will do it then.

is there anybody who could look at the letter who know what and how to word this letter?
im not disrespecting you and your ability to write, However when I saw my disability adviser whilst filling my application form in, (He also does tribunerals)
He said to me that once they see a letter pages & pages long they get bored reading it ,will just push it to one side and forget about it.
Just facts about why in your opinion this result is wrong and why , for example - it can’t be done due to safety reasons.
Please have another read through as 4 pages seems a lot for them to sit, read and concentrate on.
If you feel your letter is right and you are happy with it -that’s great.
please don’t take offence to this post I am only trying to help you at this distressing timeFebruary 17
