Hello, 

I'm a 28yr woman who is 20days post op foreman magnum decompression surgery. Does anyone have any tips or advice for recovery? I know every day is going to be different but I'm really struggling with headaches, fatigue, nausea and lack of appetite.

    Hi @AOK welcome to the community! I've not experienced the surgery but I've experienced a very long recovery.

    It's important to take one day at a time, you will have good days and bad days. Don't rush anything, take your time. Are you still an in-patient?
