Hello,
I'm a 28yr woman who is 20days post op foreman magnum decompression surgery. Does anyone have any tips or advice for recovery? I know every day is going to be different but I'm really struggling with headaches, fatigue, nausea and lack of appetite.

Welcome to the community @AOK I am sorry to hear this, how are you doing today? Have you informed your GP or Specialist they will be in a better position, to offer you some advice.

Hi @AOK welcome to the community! I've not experienced the surgery but I've experienced a very long recovery.
