Hi @viviane
A very very big welcome to our online community.
Hopefully we can help by giving you "help & support"
We have lot's off info, many members in the same "ship" who are at different stages with there "pip's"
We can help you understand the new formant off "pip"
There is also a "helpline" which I would recommend doing in the 1st place !!!
You will also find that we got expert "Benefit Advisors" which again I would put at the top off the list !!!!!!!!
There is like myself a number off "Community Advisors ready & waiting !!!!!
Many thanks.
