Hi,
just st wanted to get some information if possible.
i have just been awarded pip standard care.
i have been waiting for my esa tribunal since Feb when Atos deemed me fit for Work. My tribunal is 1/12/17.
my question is, if I’ve been awarded pip wil that change the esa decision before tribunal?
So worried about it?

Hi @theresa35, and welcome to the community!
Your PIP award should not affect your ESA tribunal, as PIP and ESA are both separate benefits awarded for separate reasons. You might like to take a look at this past discussion on PIP/ESA where somebody asked a similar question, and Scope's information on PIP/ESA may also be helpful.
Hope this helps and let us know if you have any further questions, and best of luck with your upcoming tribunal!
