I am nearly 60 yrs and have been off sick over a year with a right chronic lung condition and reduced mobility following a knee replacement, I was on ESA AND HAVE BEEN SENT FOR AT LEAST X6 Medical assessments only too turn up and they have been cancelled by DWP AT THE LAST MINUTE in the assessment centre -I thought I was applying for a PIP assessment,The lady from DWP tells me last week they have n record of me applying for PIP on their system.

Normally a PIP claime is statred via a telephone conversation ( PIP 1 )
Have you made the call and given the required details ?
If not then

it is important to understan the points system, descriptors and the criteria for an award and a good place to start is the self test on the B&W site
