Hi and welcome
Congrats on winning your appeal. Is it the result you wanted ?
How long is your award for ?
A new claim will result in a new decision which will then replace the tribunals decision.
So if you are happy with the award you have got look at your review date and then cancel your new claim if you have six months or more

It is inappropriate to fix a term what does that mean . Please

If this is the opinion of the tribunal then the DWP will notify you when your award will end and also when it will be reviewed, usually a year before the end date
