I'm in Cardigan West Wales. I have walking disability due to spine damage from an injury and nerve damage to my hands which makes everyday tasks more difficult than normal. I'd welcome advice re pips as  year ago when they started doing cuts I was shunted from high level care to medium level. I'm wondering how to get it pushed back to high??? I'm on high mobility.
