Scared of ESA assessment

I have f2f home assessment in Jan and I'm terrified. I have PTSD and agraphobia i don't go out. Now after 15 months I'm being assessed but I don't think I can cope with it. I find it hard to even talk on phone.
I feel like I'm going to fail and then I will spiral. Anyone had one? For mental health?

Hi mammiptsd and welcome
You are not alone many of our members including myself have had home assessments.
Is this for PIP or ESA ?
If it is for PIP then it is important to understand the points systen, descriptors and the criteria for an award,A good starting place is the B&W self test

There is lots of good info on here so have a read and come back with any questions

Thanks for your reply
Its ESA assessment I got paper based on pip thankfully. My son who is my carer will be with me but I'm scared stiff. -
Ah OK
B&W also have a self test for ESA, might be worth a look
