Getting a job

Hi i am looking to get a part time job i struggle with panic attacks and anxiety i have worked in a shoo for 21 years and had to be let go i would love to learn to be able to take blood a phenomenist but all the jobs are full time i only want part time 16 hrs or less but they always want full trained but the nhs train you again anyway so very confused i did ask at a local hospital west norwich and there is like two people at a time which would be great i dont really be able to go on wards can you help me
