I am on ESA live in a flat I have to pay council tax out of my benefit does anyone else also pay

It varies a lot by area it seems. -
I have to feed myself cloth myself pay water rates pay for heating and Lecky council tax

I find your responce very childish and ignorant.
We ALL have to pay for what we use ourselves -
