Here is a lovely video about Kate Farley who is on a mission to make disabled boxing a Paralympic sport!
Do you have any great accessible sports facilities near you?

I loved the video too! I'm from a family of boxers so it really resonated with me.Scope

I’ve seen this on Facebook too, it’s fantastic! I’d love to give boxing a proper go. I do a bit of punchbag and pad work as part of my regular gym workout, it’s a great way to keep fit! I have found not only my overall fitness improve, but so has my balance, as it takes your whole body to throw a good punch.

I saw this on the news.
I've got nothing against boxing and nothing against anyone having a go at something that they want to try, but I can't help thinking that it's a bad idea to elevate it to a competitive level .
My worry is that what I saw didn't include anyone thumping this girl, if it's going to be competitive, two people will be trying to injure each other when they already have brain damage.
