I returned to work 2 years ago after 10 years with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. I had a relapse at the end of ladt year and despite everything it isn't improving. I can't take time off as I have no sick pay...but think I may not be able to carry on working...I'm giving it in till I've had my annual leave at end of the month. Terrified of not having to go through the benefits system again..last time I had my finances salary but he died so am a single income household now.
