Hi I failed a MR, told my GP that I need more info, I only needed 2 points for enhanced mobility and I felt I was being penalised because I could hold a conversation with eye contact. My GP said when I worked it was in a professional capacity and as my assessment was at home I felt comfortable and my anxiety was internal, re making a journey on my own makes my anxiety worse. My appeal was lapsed as they awarded me the 2 points I needed before it went to appeal, havnt seen the letter yet but back dated money from December hit my account today,
it just proves that doctors sometimes need to be guided as what to say hop this helps some of you.
