Hi my name is Jacqueline I was born with cerebral palsy I've been diagnosed with arthritis in my back my neck and my right ankle I'm findings very difficult to walk around end long distances I do work 4 days 4 days but now I'm having trouble getting around I still want to be in team and dependencies but if possible but being realistic I may have to cut my hours down so can anybody help me to give advice on what to do
