The government has spent this trying to defend the court cases that people bring due to the wrong decisions.
If they got the award correct that money could actually be going to those that need it.
That doesn't include the cost for sanctions.
They are not actually saving any of the money these cuts were designed to.

Yes we know but when you are spending some bodies else's money a bottomless pit you don't worry. It's like trying to empty a saucepan using a slated spoon into a culender to save the contents.
