Hi @VickiKirwin, is there anything you can recommend?

Hello again @Jazzguitar
Last time I messaged I suggested asking your GP to refer you to your local audiology so they could check your ears, do some hearing tests for you etc. They should then have discussed all the options with you for managing your hearing difficulties and refer you to other places that can help such as local lip-reading classes, hearing therapy, support groups, other equipment that might help etc. https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/35197/slight-hearing-loss-in-left-ear
How did you get on?
Vicki
