i feel low today, i live by myself. i am disabled which i had.

my duaghter used to self harm when she suffered from anorexia and once she shared it with us she felt loads better you do to talk to someone even if its us lot on here

everyone gets days like that it hun i know its hard espescially when people say it will be ok but honestly it will i know its hard but you need to try and force yourself to do something to distract yourself from thinking this way try and busy yourself i clean cupboards out LOL it makes me feel like i achieved something that day and its good you came on here to us it means your open to help see your gp and they will help with getting in touch with someone close to you to talk to it will help promise

@madhatter13 hello I used to harm myself years ago it seemed to release some pain and anguish that I felt couldn’t get out any other way,the first thing is that u have come on here and told people try to tell us if u can how u feel I’m sure there is lots of people on here u can connect with xxHugz to everyone xx

I would advise speaking to a medical professional about this so you can gain support. If you are ever feeling really low then please contact Samaritans on 116 123 which is available 24/7. Or you can look at information from MIND. Is there anything the community can help with? We can discuss and provide support around many different aspects of disability. If you need anything then please let me know

Sometimes we need to talk why am like this and why and how am I feeling. Understand it is difficult and not easy.
I struggle most days and come on here talking finding comfort and solace.
