I think I may have undiagnosed cerebral palsy

Hi so I have always suffered with severe headaches, migraines, since I was young. I have had troubles with my shins when I walk and I cannot run without a lot of pain. I have seen doctors about it over the years, I am 35 now, and the only reason I have been given is shins splints. When I walk my feet stick outwards at the 'ten to two' position. I have been diagnosed with depression and BPD(borderline personality disorder) but none of the antidepressants and other medications have ever worked for me. I am wondering now if I have been misdiagnosed and in fact maybe I have a mild form of cerebral palsy. Can anyone help me with advice on how to go about either getting a diagnosis or ruling it out completely?

Hi @Stanmarvel
Good to meet you and thanks for your post.
I am not able to give you a medical diagnosis as I am not medically trained. Have you discussed this possibility with your G.P.? Have you had an appointment with a Neurologist? Both of those would be good starting points for a diagnosis.
Let me know how you get on.
