HI,Hmm a letter "asking" if you'd like to change to UC? Well this is a new one lol and i've not heard of this before. Those claiming a legacy benefit such as Income support won't have to change to UC for the managed migration until at least 2019 but may even be much later than that.My advice... say NO thanks! Honestly, stay on Income support, unless a change of circumstances prompts a move to UC then you're better of staying where you are, at least until you have no option but to move. Hope this helps.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

They thought I had a change as my daughter is 16 but I sent the evidence away showing she is staying in education but it disappeared so they stopped my child benefit which stopped my child tax credit got it all sorted now and today received that but they had agreed that their was no change in circumstance.
Thanks @poppy123456
