Hi Jackjones03
welcome to the community. We have some great posts that talk about this issue. It's rather long but there some great tips

I'm not sure of the level of your mobility but I use a manual wheelchair and I have found this book useful: Zero Assistance Resistance Training by Dan Highcock.
All of the exercises can be done from a wheelchair or sitting. If I can help further, let me know.
